The staff were highly professional and customer-oriented and kept the place overall clean. Got the same efficiency room with kitchen booked online, loved that.

I have just returned from a pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel. The brand-new rooms were great and the staff was highly professional. The location is perfect, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the city.

Nice and the best location with ocean views close to the surrounding area, all the boardwalk attractions, and restaurant. Also, easy to get to Centennial Park. Great to have an attached restaurant with good food and service.

Overall it was a really really nice stay in September.

My 3-night stay at the Pan American was really nice. The location was excellent, close to everything including the beach, boardwalk, and bike rentals. The hotel has been a fixture in Wildwood Crest since the early 1960s.

The rooms of the hotel were functional and large with kitchen and a microwave, for instance. Tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and a cooktop were an advantage. The property had nice and the best location so close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk, WIldwood Crest for years, and the Jersey shore.

Everything was perfectly clean and fine. Staff was customer-oriented, room was large and functional. Good view of the ocean, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. What a very enjoyable stay, no complaints.

The hotel was ideal and clean, overlooked the ocean. The very amiable and extremely helpful staff all round. Outstanding food in the restaurant for breakfast. Central location, at a moderate distance from Hippo water slide.

Absolutely perfect location to ocean with views of the ocean. The staff - hard-working and customer-oriented. Beautifully maintained & well-equipped rooms with toiletries, a bunk bed.

Friendly staff and great pool atmosphere. the restaurant food was fabulous, and the location was ideal for accessing nearby activities.

The noise level near the pool area was bothersome at times, and my room was on a lower floor than I would have preferred.

Great room, cleanliness, view, organization. Courteous staff. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Lovely pool area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. What I loved most was the cleanliness and facilities - everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The pool was amazing and had a stunning view of the beach. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and had a good variety. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at home right from the start. Lastly, the location could not have been better, as it was just a short walk away from the beach, playground, basketball court, and boardwalk.

Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel and its location.
